AN ACT CONCERNING PAYMENTS IN LIEU OF TAXES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the state to fully fund payments in lieu of taxes to municipalities.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide municipalities with resources to expand economic development.
