AN ACT MAKING TECHNICAL CHANGES TO THE STATUTES GOVERNING MUNICIPAL TAX COLLECTORS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to make various changes to provisions governing the responsibilities of municipal tax collectors.
Statement of Purpose:
To update statutes concerning municipal tax collection.
