AN ACT CONCERNING THE STATE-WIDE PHOSPHOROUS REDUCTION PLAN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to develop a collaborative model between the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection and the municipalities of the state to achieve the goals outlined in public act 12-155 regarding the state-wide phosphorous reduction plan.
Statement of Purpose:
To further the state's goal of implementing a state-wide phosphorous reduction plan.
