AN ACT CONCERNING PATIENTS' ONLINE ACCESS TO MEDICAL TEST RESULTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 20-7c of the general statutes be amended to require clinical laboratories to post patients' medical test results online so that patients may directly access the results.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow online access to medical test results by patients.
