AN ACT CONCERNING SECURITY AT DEPARTMENT OF MENTAL HEALTH AND ADDICTION SERVICES FACILITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 17a-451 of the general statutes be amended to require the Commissioner of Mental Health and Addiction Services to review and update security procedures at all facilities operated by the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services.
Statement of Purpose:
To update security procedures at the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services' facilities.
