AN ACT REQUIRING LICENSED NURSES AT BLOOD DRIVES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 368i of the general statutes be amended to require a licensed nurse to be present at any event organized for the purpose of collecting blood donations.
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure the safety of blood donors.
