AN ACT ALLOWING NATUREOPATHS TO PRESCRIBE CERTAIN DRUGS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 20-34 of the general statutes be amended to allow licensed natureopaths to prescribe, dispense and administer drugs that do not include controlled substances.
Statement of Purpose:
To permit licensed natureopaths the authority to prescribe and administer drugs, excluding controlled substances.
