AN ACT CONCERNING ANATOMICAL DONATIONS BY PERSONS IN CORRECTIONAL FACILITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 368i of the general statutes be amended to allow persons in correctional facilities an opportunity to donate blood and organs.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow persons in state correctional facilities to donate organs and blood.
