AN ACT CONCERNING AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR VETERANS AND MEMBERS OF THE ARMED FORCES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Housing to increase state resources dedicated to assisting the state's veterans and active members of the armed forces in finding safe and affordable housing options.
Statement of Purpose:
To assist Connecticut veterans and members of the armed forces with the transition from military to civilian life.
