AN ACT CONCERNING THE RIVERA MEMORIAL FOUNDATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the sum of sixty thousand dollars be appropriated from the General Fund to the state Department of Education to extend Neighborhood Youth Center State Grant funding for critical youth programs at the Rivera Memorial Foundation in Waterbury.
Statement of Purpose:
To sustain critical programs for youth that are scheduled to lose funding at the end of a five-year grant cycle.
