AN ACT ESTABLISHING LOCAL ADVISORY COUNCILS FOR VIDEO SERVICE PROVIDERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 16 of the general statutes be amended to establish local advisory councils for holders of a certificate of video franchise authority.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish local advisory councils for holders of a certificate of video franchise authority by expanding current law that only addresses local advisory councils for holders of a certificate of public convenience and necessity or a certificate of cable franchise authority.
