AN ACT ESTABLISHING A MATTRESS STEWARDSHIP PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a mattress stewardship program.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide for environmental benefits, municipal cost savings and the creation of jobs in the state through a program that addresses discarded mattresses.
