AN ACT REQUIRING PET BOARDING FACILITIES AND KENNELS TO DISPLAY THEIR LICENSE NUMBER ON ALL FORMS OF ADVERTISING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require all pet boarding facilities and kennels to display their license number on all forms of advertising.
Statement of Purpose:
To enable consumers to know if a pet boarding facility or kennel is licensed and research any licensure issues that may exist for such facility or kennel.
