AN ACT RESTRICTING THE USE OF LEGHOLD TRAPS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to restrict the use of leghold traps, excluding conibear traps.
Statement of Purpose:
To restrict the use of certain leghold traps.
