AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CONNECTICUT-GROWN AND INSPECTED POULTRY TO RESELLERS AND WHOLESALERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize the sale of Connecticut-grown and inspected poultry to resellers and wholesalers.
Statement of Purpose:
To promote Connecticut farming by expanding the ability to sell poultry.
