AN ACT CONCERNING ALTERNATIVE FINANCING AND STAFFING FOR STATE PARKS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a dedicated funding stream for state parks and to authorize the use of alternatives to relying on seasonal personnel to staff state parks.
Statement of Purpose:
To protect affordable outdoor recreation by considering alternative financing and staffing for state parks.
