AN ACT INCREASING THE AMOUNT OF THE PROPERTY TAX CREDIT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 229 of the general statutes be amended to restore the property tax credit from its current three hundred dollars to five hundred dollars.
Statement of Purpose:
To restore the property tax credit to its former value.
