AN ACT CONCERNING THE THROWBACK RULE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 208 of the general statutes be amended to establish a throwback rule, ensuring that multistate corporations not have untaxed income.
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure taxable corporate income is actually taxed through the throwback rule.
