AN ACT CONCERNING THE ESTATE TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 217 of the general statutes be amended to lower the threshold for imposition of the estate tax and adjust tax rates accordingly.
Statement of Purpose:
To repeal the 2009 estate tax cuts and restore prior levels.
