AN ACT REQUIRING MENTAL HEALTH PARITY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require parity in mental health coverage in line with coverage for medical, surgical or other physical health conditions.
Statement of Purpose:
