AN ACT CONCERNING COSTS INCURRED BY STATE RESIDENTS WHEN RESPONDING TO OUT-OF-STATE DISCOVERY REQUESTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 901 of the general statutes be amended to establish limits on the out-of-pocket costs incurred by state residents when complying with discovery requests for out-of-state court actions.
Statement of Purpose:
To limit the costs incurred by state residents when complying with discovery requests for out-of-state court actions.
