AN ACT CONCERNING THE SECURE COMMUNITIES PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to enact a state response to the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement Secure Communities program.
Statement of Purpose:
To enact a state response to the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement Secure Communities program.
