AN ACT CONCERNING ARBITRATION OF CERTAIN ISSUES ARISING FROM DOMESTIC RELATIONS MATTERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 815j of the general statutes be amended to allow the parties to a domestic relations matter to submit to arbitration issues arising in such matter, except for issues relating to parenting, custody of or visitation with minor children or the ultimate resolution of a dissolution of marriage.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow parties to a domestic relations matter to submit certain issues to arbitration.
