AN ACT CONCERNING THE POSSESSION OF SEMIAUTOMATIC FIREARMS WITH FIXED MAGAZINE CAPACITIES OF OVER TEN ROUNDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the possession of a semiautomatic firearm with a fixed magazine with a capacity of over ten rounds.
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit the possession of a semiautomatic firearm with a fixed magazine with a capacity of over ten rounds.
