AN ACT LIMITING THE NUMBER OF PISTOLS OR REVOLVERS AN INDIVIDUAL MAY PURCHASE IN ANY THIRTY-DAY PERIOD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to limit the number of pistols or revolvers an individual may purchase in any thirty-day period.
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce gun trafficking by limiting the number of pistols or revolvers an individual may purchase in any thirty-day period.
