AN ACT CONCERNING BLACKLISTING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 31-51 of the general statutes be amended to increase the penalty for blacklisting.
Statement of Purpose:
To discourage blacklisting and the publication of names with the intent to blacklist by increasing the current statutorily mandated fine of not less than fifty and not more than two hundred dollars.
