AN ACT CLARIFYING THE STATE PLAN OF CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to clarify the state's role and authority, pursuant to the state plan of conservation and development, on projects that have a major state-wide impact so as to remove any appearance of state government impeding and overreaching on local municipal projects.
Statement of Purpose:
To clarify the roles of government and private interests under the state plan of conservation and development.
