AN ACT CONCERNING THE LOOK-BACK PERIOD FOR PROPERTY TAX ADJUSTMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 203 of the general statutes be amended to increase the number of years for which a town tax collector or assessor can look back to correct or adjust property tax issues.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow for corrections by expanding the time allowed tax collectors and assessors to address property tax issues.
