AN ACT CONCERNING A MUNICIPAL OPTION TO ESTABLISH A TAX DEFERMENT PROGRAM FOR SENIOR CITIZENS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to permit municipalities to establish a tax deferment program for senior citizens.
Statement of Purpose:
To permit towns to establish a tax deferment program for senior citizens.
