AN ACT AUTHORIZING MUNICIPALITIES TO ADOPT NONBREED SPECIFIC DANGEROUS DOGS ORDINANCES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to authorize municipalities to adopt nonbreed specific dangerous dogs ordinances. 

Statement of Purpose: 

To allow towns to address the issue of dangerous dogs in a nonbreed specific manner.
