AN ACT CONCERNING THE PROVISION OF LOCAL AMBULANCE SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 19a-180 of the general statutes be amended to allow municipalities to change the delivery of local ambulance services.
Statement of Purpose:
To enhance the delivery of local public safety services by allowing municipalities the discretion to determine how local ambulance services are delivered within their communities.
