AN ACT ALLOWING CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS WITH A SUSPENDED MOTOR VEHICLE OPERATOR'S LICENSE TO OPERATE A MOTOR VEHICLE TO AND FROM SCHOOL OR WORK. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That subsection (c) of section 14-111g of the general statutes, concerning the suspension of the motor vehicle operator's license of any person for any specified moving violation or suspension violation occurring not more than thirty-six months after such person attended an operator retraining program, be amended to allow such person to continue to operate a motor vehicle for the limited purpose of transportation to and from work or school for the duration of such suspension. Statement of Purpose: To allow any person whose operator's license is suspended pursuant to subsection (c) of section 14-111g of the general statutes to operate a motor vehicle to travel to and from work and school.
