AN ACT CONCERNING INSPECTIONS FOR MOTOR VEHICLES WITH OVER ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND MILES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles to periodically inspect any registered motor vehicle with an odometer mileage reading greater than one hundred thousand miles.
Statement of Purpose:
To require inspections for certain vehicles to ensure safety on our roads.
