AN ACT CONCERNING THE USE OF RECYCLED ASPHALT ROOFING SHINGLES IN ROAD PAVING MATERIALS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow the use of recycled asphalt roofing shingles in road paving materials.
Statement of Purpose:
To expand recycling by allowing the use of asphalt roofing shingles in road paving materials.
