AN ACT CONCERNING CERTAIN VEHICLES ABANDONED AT CAMP SITES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow the owner of any camp site or campground to take title, after an appropriate period of time, to any abandoned camper or recreational vehicle on such owner's camp site or campground to allow such owner to remove such camper or recreational vehicle.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow owners of camp sites to take title to campers and recreational vehicles abandoned at such camp sites for the purpose of disposing of or selling such campers and vehicles.
