AN ACT CONCERNING THE ENFORCEMENT OF ANTI-IDLING LAWS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow any state police, local police or traffic enforcement official to enforce any violation of the state prohibition against motor vehicle idling and to issue fines for any such violation.
Statement of Purpose:
To improve air quality, public health and the enforcement of anti-idling laws.
