AN ACT CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SOUND BARRIER ALONG WATER STREET IN NEW HAVEN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the issuance of bonds in accordance with sections 13b-74 to 13b-77, inclusive, of the general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate ____ dollars, the proceeds of which shall be used by the Department of Transportation for the purpose of constructing a sound barrier along Water Street in New Haven between Long Wharf Drive and Olive Street.
Statement of Purpose:
To build a sound barrier for the Water Street community.
