AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING FOR A STREET GRID SYSTEM IN THE NEW HAVEN MEDICAL DISTRICT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide funding to the city of New Haven to establish a local street grid system that will create developable parcels in the city's medical district.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide funding to help establish a street grid system in the city of New Haven's medical district, which will create developable property to meet the growing needs of the bioscience industry.
