AN ACT CONCERNING GRANTS IN LIEU OF TAXES MADE TO THE CONNECTICUT MENTAL HEALTH CENTER.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 12-20a of the general statutes be amended to include the Connecticut Mental Health Center in New Haven in the grants in lieu of taxes provided to nonprofit general hospital facilities.
Statement of Purpose:
To redesignate the Connecticut Mental Health Center in New Haven under the nonprofit hospital PILOT payments, rather than the state-owned property PILOT payments.
