AN ACT CONCERNING THE REGIONAL CONSOLIDATION OF CERTAIN FUNCTIONS OF ELECTION ADMINISTRATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to allow municipalities to regionally consolidate certain functions of election administration, including, but not limited to, (1) maintenance of the list of electors, (2) training of poll workers, and (3) machine maintenance.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow municipalities to regionally consolidate certain functions of election administration.
