AN ACT CONCERNING EXEMPTIONS FROM THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING LAND USE APPEALS PROCEDURE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 8-30g of the general statutes be amended to exempt any municipality with a free and reduced price lunch program population of forty per cent or more.
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt from the ten per cent affordable housing goal municipalities that serve large low income populations in different ways.
