AN ACT CONCERNING THE ABATEMENT OF PUBLIC NUISANCES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 19a-343 of the general statutes be amended to afford greater protections to the state and municipalities when abating public nuisances by expanding the list of crimes constituting a public nuisance.
Statement of Purpose:
To afford greater protections to the state and municipalities when abating public nuisances.
