AN ACT CONCERNING ELECTRONIC TRANSMISSION OF INFRACTION AND VIOLATION INFORMATION TO THE COURTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide for electronic transmission of all centralized infractions bureau data from law enforcement personnel to the superior court and provide a similar process for electronic transmission of data related to other infractions and violations.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a process for electronically transmitting all infractions and violations data from law enforcement personnel to the superior court.
