AN ACT CONCERNING EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR FIFTEEN YEAR OLDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 31-23 of the general statutes be amended to enable fifteen-year-old children to be employed in various capacities in restaurants and public dining rooms.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow fifteen-year-old children access to employment in restaurants and public dining rooms.
