AN ACT CONCERNING COST-OF-LIVING ADJUSTMENTS AND THE MINIMUM FAIR WAGE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to apply an annual cost-of-living adjustment to the state minimum fair wage.
Statement of Purpose:
To improve the economic stability of Connecticut citizens by ensuring that the state minimum fair wage keeps pace with inflation.
