AN ACT CONCERNING REVISIONS TO THE STATE'S BROWNFIELDS REMEDIATION AND DEVELOPMENT STATUTES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to (1) implement certain recommendations of the Brownfields Task Force, (2) consolidate brownfields grant and loan programs, and (3) expand funding for those programs.
Statement of Purpose:
To enact the recommendations of the Brownfields Task Force and facilitate brownfields remediation and development projects.
