AN ACT CONCERNING THE PILOT PROGRAM FOR INCLUSION OF CHARTER SCHOOL DATA TO DETERMINE A SCHOOL DISTRICT'S ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 10-223f of the general statutes be amended to make permanent the authorization that a board of education may use academic performance data of students attending charter schools located in the school district in the determination of academic performance, as described in the state-wide performance management and support plan prepared pursuant to section 10-223e of the general statutes, for the school district.
Statement of Purpose:
To make permanent the pilot program permitting school districts to use charter school student data in a district's determination of academic performance.
