AN ACT REQUIRING INSTALLERS OF SOLAR POWER SYSTEMS TO BE LICENSED ELECTRICIANS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 393 of the general statutes be amended to require all installers of solar power systems be licensed electricians.
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure that solar power systems are installed properly and safely.
