AN ACT CONCERNING THE CREATION OF A PILOT PROGRAM WITHIN THE PROBATE COURT SYSTEM FOR THE RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES IN COMMON INTEREST COMMUNITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 801a of the general statutes be amended to establish within the probate court system a pilot program that shall serve as a mechanism for facilitating disputes that arise in a common interest community.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a pilot program within the probate court system to resolve disputes that arise in a common interest community.
