AN ACT ESTABLISHING A REGISTRY OF REPEAT FAMILY VIOLENCE OFFENDERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a registry, or revise the automated registry of protective orders established in section 51-5c of the general statutes, to identify offenders who have repeatedly committed a family violence crime.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a registry of offenders who have repeatedly committed a family violence crime.
